HOUR 201
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Know the WHY.
A higher standard for more human yoga.
Hour 201 is a nine-month yoga teacher training for people who want to understand not only what to teach, but why.
Through practice, study, observation, experimentation, and teaching, you’ll develop the knowledge and judgment to make intentional choices for the people actually in the room.
You won’t leave with a single sequence, a collection of scripts, or a list of rules to follow. You’ll build a foundation in movement, teaching, and yoga studies—and learn to question, adapt, communicate, and teach with purpose.
The sequence serves the class; the class does not serve the sequence.
COHORT ONE · 2027
Enrollment limited to 15 trainees.
Hour 201 is a program of Current Framework LLC, hosted at One Love Mind Body.
What You’ll Study
Sequencing + Cueing
Learn to build and communicate classes around intention rather than around collecting poses.
You’ll examine how sequencing choices affect the experience of a class, practice identifying what a cue is actually trying to accomplish, and learn when to say less.
You’ll practice teaching what you see instead of relying on a memorized script.
Professional Practice
Teaching yoga is more than teaching poses.
You’ll explore class planning, studio expectations, professional boundaries, student relationships, scope of practice, business considerations, and the responsibilities that come with stepping into the role of teacher.
You’ll practice teaching throughout the training, receive feedback, observe other teachers, and develop your own teaching voice.
Anatomy + Movement
Understand the body and principles of movement so you can make informed teaching choices rather than memorize rules.
You’ll explore anatomy, biomechanics, individual variation, range of motion, common movement patterns, and the relationship between what you see and what you choose to teach.
The goal isn’t to memorize one alignment for every pose. It’s to understand what you’re asking a body to do—and why.
Yoga Humanities
Explore yoga’s history, philosophy, ethics, and traditions in context, and develop the framework to engage with them thoughtfully.
You’ll encounter foundational texts and ideas, examine how yoga has changed across time and place, and consider how those histories inform the yoga we practice and tea
Teaching Real People
You’ll explore accessibility, consent, inclusion, individual variation, observation, adaptation, and the many ways a teacher’s language and choices can shape a student’s experience.
You’ll learn to offer options without creating a hierarchy of “real” poses and lesser alternatives—and to recognize that participation is not blanket consent.
Bodies differ. Experiences differ. Needs differ.
Time to Learn.
Space to Integrate.
Hour 201 unfolds over nine months, giving you time to study, practice, teach, question, revisit ideas, and integrate what you’re learning.
Rather than compressing teacher training into a few intensive weeks, the program allows your understanding—and your teaching—to develop over time.
The 200-hour training combines live online learning with in-person weekends at One Love Mind Body.

Is Hour 201 for You?
Hour 201 is designed for you if you want to teach yoga—or are genuinely interested in exploring whether teaching is for you.
It may also be the right next step if you already teach and want to deepen your understanding of the choices you make; you’re curious about anatomy and movement beyond memorized alignment rules; you want to understand the history and philosophy behind the practice you teach; or you care about building an inclusive yoga community and want practical tools for teaching the people actually in front of you.
And perhaps most importantly, you’re willing to ask:
Why?
Your Lead Trainer
Hour 201 is led by Kimberly DeAngelis through Current Framework LLC. Kimberly brings more than 25 years of experience teaching movement, with a professional background spanning yoga, Pilates, group fitness, personal training, aerial arts, movement education, and teacher development. She has led aerial yoga teacher trainings and taught aerial arts alongside her work in mat-based yoga and movement education.
She is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance and an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Throughout Hour 201, Kimberly leads the instructional curriculum so that anatomy, movement, sequencing, philosophy, professional practice, and teaching methodology are not treated as isolated subjects.
They inform one another.
Cohort size is limited to 15 trainees, keeping the training small enough for observation, discussion, individual feedback, and meaningful practice teaching.
